EMBO Return Policy‍ ‍

Return Requirements:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Your EMBO device must be gently used or unused, clean, and in resellable condition. All original components must be included: the device, charging cable, drawstring bag, instruction manual, authenticity card, original box, and foam insert.

Items must be returned in the original packaging. Missing components or damage will prevent us from processing your return.

How to Return:
Email us at xx@unciaholdings.com  with "Start return" in the subject line. Include a photo of your product, your full name, and order number.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate address based on your location to be most convenient.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we suggest using the most efficient postal method available.

If you are having trouble with returning the device, let us know and we will see how we can help.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund for the order cost to your original payment method within 5-7 business days..

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
